    Very good

Nice large room with terrace. Staff was friendly and helpful

Parking garage and connected Marina Hotel are old and stinky, you don't want to walk there.

Very good location and nice room and staff. The rooms with beach view are highly recommended.

    Fabulous

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The sea view rooms look over Tel Aviv Marina and the sunsets are stunning.

We stayed in room number 12 which had an interconnecting door with room 13. This meant that a lot of noise came through this door when they played music. This was a real problem for a couple of the nights that we were there. We stayed for one week and I would have though that we would have been put into a room without such a door; the people who were playing music seemed to be there for only a night at a time. This happened only two nights of the seven.

The Royal t Suites is one the most welcoming boutique hotels I have stayed in (and I travel a lot!!). The staff is always willing to help ...and with a smile! The rooms are light, fresh and clean. You couldn't find a better location for beaches, shopping, restautrants and the true 'buzz' of Tel Aviv. Loved my stay there and would definately recommend it to travellers looking for excellent value!

    Fabulous

Location is simply perfect, properly overlooking the Marina, and a only some stairs and a pedestrian street away from the beach. The rooms/studios are large, clean and correctly equipped/decorated. The staff was very helpful, and even more friendly.

The difference is big between sea view and other studios. The entrance is not so easy to find the first time, but that's no big issue.

Good hotel if you choose room whit views. Confortable bed and great views. Its good localitacions if you like beach. There is not breakfast but you have caffe machine.nice coffe and for me enought looking to the sea. I love tel aviv from now and one of the reasons is thanks to this hotel.

The only one was that the terrace was not private. All the sea part rooms have a terrace share. You have your own table and chairs, but you can see the others and also few people walking out side. So for me was bad at the beginings but was getting ok after becouse the guess were nice and its not a bussy area.

    Superb

This hotel was in a great location basically right on the promenade by the sea. It was within 10 minutes distance to Dizengoff. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave.

The address listed is difficult for taxis to find. They would need to say the entrance is right above the entrance for Marina Hotel.

Royal T Suites was the cleanest and most comfortable place that we stayed during our 2 weeks in Israel. We loved it! Rented bikes and rode around for a day alOng the sea, swam, sat out on the veranda and enjoyed the cool breeze as we gazed at the Mediterranean. We stayed in some of the big names, but this was unbelievably nicer! Staff was remarkably kind and helpful!

    Loved it all!

    Exceptional

As a regular visitor to Israel, and having stayed at several hotels around the country, the Royal T Suites was by far the favourite. The location was ideal, situated in one of the nicest parts of Tel Aviv, close to the beach and marina and near the junction of two very beautiful, lively streets, Ben Gurion and Ben Yehuda. We were met with a very warm welcome from the helpful staff and shown to our very clean and comfortable room, complete with large TV and very modern AC unit. As well as a small kitchenette, the room had a tasteful ensuite with bath and power shower. We stayed in a room without a sea view which was very reasonably priced for what was provided, but having sneaked a peek into the more expensive sea view rooms they look very inviting and plush. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly Samir, an extremely hospitable member of staff who made us feel very special with his constant good will and assistance, including accompanying us all the way to Jerusalem, and even giving us a guided tour of the Old City. We would highly recommend this hotel – it hasn’t been open long but I’m sure it will become very popular.

    Superb

Very nice staff, taking best care of customers.

This is a very small hotel, so don't expect a large lobby. Not easy to find, road signs should be improved.

    Superb

The manager was very personable, very helpful. A younger woman - manager's daughter??? - used the expression - "family" when talking about the hotel. I think she said, "we are all a big family here" in terms of the guests and the way we are treated. She was right. I was treated very warmly and respectfully. In my 3 months in Israel, Royal t Suits had the best personal service offered any where. Great job!

The only things I can think of are small itams: lack of a comfortable chair to sit in my room to read or watch tv. Lack of a bar of soap for the shower...there was a lot of shampoo, so there was soap, but a soap bar is preferred for the shower or to wash one's face and hands. Tough to find. Road way is rather ugly looking.

It was nice to enjoy a stroll at dawn around the town, having had a totally sleepless night...

Shameful, unacceptable. The rooms which have no seaview overlool onto the Marina underpass, you'll feel like in prison, awful noise all night especially during Shabbath night (so I had a totally sleepless night), asked the Manager to change room, to no avail. Said I'd checked out earlier, the Manager said he'd refund me only in case he'd sell the room, which obvisouly didn't happen. Although booked in usd, they made the payment in ils, thus raising by more than 10% the fare - when I told the Mgr he didn't take heed. Entrance from the tunnel is too shabby for words.

Stuff is rather rude. Too expensive for thatkind of facilities. Simple double rooms looks a highway. You can't open the window which is small. The room rather small you should keep it closed because of the street noise. Very disgasting hotel

    Superb

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the location and view from the balcony were excellent

The area around the hotel is not nice and the balcony area would benefit from being tidied/cleaned to make it more pleasant to sit there. The jacuzzi didn't work on one night of our stay and the guy at reception didn't know how to solve the problem, so this should be addressed.
